Careers

A career in care work has been shown to rank very highly in recent UK job satisfaction studies. ICCM's flat organisational structure provides our support workers with a clear development pathway. Support is available to ICCM carers from professional staff with both care and managerial expertise.

The quality of the service received by ICCM clients is totally dependent upon the skills of the support workers and managers. Professional staff and ICCM Training provide support and knowledge in key skills preparing carers for future management roles -

Neurological conditions and care

Person centred care planning & implementation
Man management
Teamwork & team building

The majority of ICCM's Case Managers and Associate Case Managers have progressed to their current positions from 'hands-on' care roles within the company. This is due to the graded career pathway for those who develop enhanced skills, capabilities and experience.

ICCM is routinely developing care packages for new clients. As a consequence, we are always seeking new support staff.
