Complex Care at Home
At ICCM, we are a specialist provider of complex care and continuing care healthcare services at home. From critical care and spinal cord injuries to neurological conditions, our care staff are specially-trained to handle a range of challenging, life-changing conditions.
Our primary focus is providing you with dignity, choice and independence in the comfort and surroundings of your own home. With more than 20 years’ experience, we have an in-depth understanding of delivering a wide raft of clinical interventions and support. We prioritise the utmost care and consideration, along with peace-of-mind for family members and loved ones.
Paediatric & Young People
We understand that care for children and young people with debilitating conditions brings unique, complex and sometimes challenging requirements.
At ICCM, we take a family-centred approach. We value and respect the roles parents, siblings and other family members have to play in overall well-being, too. As well as supporting their health, our care programmes also encompass your child’s social and educational requirements.
Personal Health Budgets
Together with private and CCG-funded clients, we can also deliver bespoke care packages if you receive a Personal Health Budget (PHB).
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide care services across the UK. We can provide support and care support to adults, young people and children who are eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. Find out more how ICCM is able to assist with your PHB.
